ForeCash Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ForeCash at fore-cash.io or app.fore-cash.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

ForeCash is a personal cash flow forecasting web application that helps users visualize and plan their future bank balances based on recurring transactions. ForeCash is provided "as is" and is intended for personal financial planning purposes only.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at hello@fore-cash.io if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use ForeCash.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Trial: All plans include a 7-day free trial period. No credit card is required to start. You will not be charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid charges. After the trial, a paid plan (Pro or Family) is required to continue using ForeCash.

Pro Plan: $9.99/month or $89/year. Includes Plaid bank sync for up to 2 connected accounts and additional features as described on our pricing page.

Family Plan: $14.99/month or $119/year. Includes Plaid bank sync for up to 10 connected accounts and additional features as described on our pricing page.

Additional Connections: Pro plan users may add additional bank connections beyond the 2 included at $1.99/month per additional connection.

Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in USD.

5. Refund Policy

First Payment Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with ForeCash, you may request a full refund of your first payment (monthly or annual) within 30 days of your initial charge. No reason required. Contact hello@fore-cash.io to request a refund.

Annual Renewal Refunds: If you are charged for an annual renewal and wish to cancel, you may request a prorated refund within 48 hours of the renewal charge.

Monthly Subscriptions: Monthly subscription payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as described above for first payments.

Cancellation: Cancelling your subscription stops future billing. Access continues until the end of your current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already charged except as described in this Refund Policy.

To request a refund, email hello@fore-cash.io with your account email and the charge date.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the start of your next billing period. You can export your data at any time before or after cancellation.

7. Financial Disclaimer

ForeCash is a forecasting and planning tool, NOT a financial advisor. Nothing in ForeCash constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Forecasts are based on data you provide and are estimates only — actual results may vary. ForeCash is not responsible for financial decisions made based on information provided by the service. Always consult a qualified financial professional for financial advice.

8. Bank Connection Disclaimer

Bank connections are provided through Plaid Technologies, Inc. ForeCash does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data provided by Plaid. We are not responsible for errors, delays, or interruptions in bank data sync. Connecting your bank accounts is optional and done at your own discretion.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use ForeCash for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
• Reverse engineer or copy any part of the service
• Use the service to harm, defraud, or mislead others
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the service

10. Intellectual Property

ForeCash and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by ForeCash and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ForeCash shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

ForeCash is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Florida.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice in the app. Continued use of ForeCash after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting hello@fore-cash.io.
