You can see exactly what goes into every projection. No black boxes, no "smart" guesses we don't explain. If a number is on your screen, you can trace it.
About ForeCash
ForeCash exists because most personal finance software is built like accounting software: optimized for the past. We think the more useful question is what's coming next.
Our mission
The fundamental difference between people who feel calm about money and people who feel anxious isn't income — it's visibility. The first group can answer "what will I have on the 19th?" The second group can't.
Bridging that gap doesn't require a CFP or a complex spreadsheet. It requires a tool that takes the money you already know is coming and going, and shows you the answer.
That's it. That's the whole product. Everything else is in service of that idea.
Who it's for
We built ForeCash with a few specific people in mind. If any of these sound like you, you're in the right place.
The story
ForeCash started as a personal spreadsheet. Two columns: running balance, and what happens on each date. It worked. It worked so well that the question stopped being "can I afford this?" and started being "when can I afford this?"
Spreadsheets don't scale to scenarios, recurring transactions, or multiple accounts. So the next version was code. Then a web app. Then a tool that other people kept asking to use.
The pitch is simple: take a tool that quietly makes one person's financial life less stressful, and give it to as many people as possible. That's what ForeCash is.
What we believe
You can see exactly what goes into every projection. No black boxes, no "smart" guesses we don't explain. If a number is on your screen, you can trace it.
Personal finance software is famously bloated. ForeCash does one thing — forecast your balance — and does it well. Categories, charts, and analytics live in service of that, not the other way around.
We don't sell your data. We don't run ads. We don't share your financial information with marketing partners. Your data exists to forecast your money — nothing else.
